1986  --           Presented first training program on human resource management to

                        employees of Snohomish County Government

 

1987  --           City of Everett Police Department called and wanted me to present the

                        human resource management training for their staff

 

1988  --           The Washington State Criminal Justice Training Commission called and

                        asked me to present two management training programs

 

1989  --           Obtained a business license for Bryan & Bryan Associates

 

1989  --           Began presenting training programs to various organizations.  Topics

                        included leadership, communication, conflict, teamwork, customer service,

                        and time management.

 

1989  --           Facilitated first planning retreat for Northsound Regional Support

                        (Mental Health) Network

 

1990  --           Presented at first association conference for the National School Personnel

                        Management Association

 

1992  --           Resigned from personnel administrator position with Snohomish County to

                        concentrate full time on training and consulting

 

1993  --           Began providing services  internationally

 

1994  --           Completed first in-depth organization study and provided first executive

                        coaching sessions for Spokane County

 

2003  --           Authored and published book titled, "Loving Your Work, Loving Your Life: 

                        Winning Strategies for Business & Life"

 


 

Since 1989, Martha has worked with over 450 organizations and associations.

Services continue to include conference speaking, training, facilitation, consulting, and coaching.
